The Assistant Coach Certification is designed to train new team members on everything that makes Crazy Games run at a high level. This course walks you through our culture, our services, and the standards we expect from every coach who steps onto the field. You’ll learn how to keep kids safe, create an exciting atmosphere, communicate with Head Coaches, handle equipment properly, and move with confidence through any event, from schools and community centers to private birthday parties. Each lesson combines short video training, clear written guidance, and quizzes that reinforce the most important safety rules, behavior expectations, and event procedures. By the end, you’ll understand how to support your Head Coach, solve problems on the spot, demonstrate games with energy, manage the field, and carry yourself like a true Crazy Games Coach. Completing this certification shows that you’re reliable, prepared, and ready to lead kids through fun, active, and unforgettable experiences, safely and with pride.
