🛠️ Setup Requirements

  • Requires a flat surface: grass, turf, or concrete (no gravel or uneven ground).

  • Setup takes 20–30 minutes per unit.

  • Clear path at least 3ft wide is needed for our crew to roll the inflatable in.

  • We cannot go up or down steep hills, stairs, or tight spaces.

  • Access to the setup area must be free of debris, sprinklers, and pet waste.

🔌 Standard Outlet: Requires 1 standard 110V outlet within 50ft.

🔄 Multiple Circuits: Larger inflatables may need 2 separate circuits.

🔋 Extension Cords: We provide heavy-duty extension cords as needed.

⚠️ We do rent Generators: Please ask in advance if you don’t have power nearby. 

💧 Water Needs

🔗 Attachments: We provide all hose adapters and connectors.

💦 Continuous Flow: Water must stay on while the unit is in use.

🧼 Safety First: Please ensure the water source is clean and safe for children.

🚰 Hose Connection: Requires a working garden hose connection within 50ft of setup area.

    Delivery is FREE in West Palm Beach and nearby areas depending the service and order. For all other cities a travel fee applies.

  • 🌧️ What happens if it rains?
    Your safety comes first. If bad weather is expected, you may reschedule, receive a credit, or we’ll work with you to find the best solution.

  • 🛠️ How long does setup take?
    Most inflatables take about 20–45 minutes. Larger fitness games may take up to 45 minutes-1hour.

  • ⚡ Do I need to provide power or water?
    Yes. A standard 110V outlet within 50ft is required. Water slides also need a garden hose connection. We provide cords and hose attachments.

  • 👥 Do you handle setup and takedown?
    Always. Our trained crew delivers, sets up, sanitizes, and takes down every rental — all included.
