Should you book a party package or pick your own rentals? A package is the easiest choice when you want one organized hour or two with a coach running everything. Picking your own rentals is better when you already have a plan, a big yard or a theme. Both work well in Palm Beach County. Here is how to choose.
What a Crazy Games party package gives you
Our Birthday Packs are made to take the stress off parents. A Crazy Games coach runs competition-style games, kids are split into four colored teams, and the birthday child picks which team to cheer for. Every pack starts with Best Friend Trivia and ends with a birthday champion medal. Here is what is on the site today:
- Birthday Pack 1 (from $350): 1 hour, 6 games such as Gladiator, Parachute Madness Races, Horse Derby Races, Little Push and Tug of War. Great for ages 4 to 12.
- Birthday Pack 2 (from $650): 1.5 hours, 7 games. The last 30 minutes are the Human Hamster Wheels.
- Birthday Pack 3 (from $1,250): 2 hours, 8 games, with Human Hamster Wheels and a Giant Velcro Soccer Target at the end.
- Birthday Pack 4 (from $399): 1 hour of 6 water games, built for hot South Florida days.
- Birthday Pack 5 (from $350): 1 hour of 6 challenge games that mix thinking and moving.
- Birthday Pack 6 (from $550): a toddler party for ages 2 to 4, with gentle guided games and free play.
There are also Soccer Birthday and Flag Football Birthday packs, each from $250.
When picking your own rentals is the better call
Choose single rentals if you want a custom party. Maybe you have a school field day, a church picnic, a block party or a theme that a pack does not cover. You can also pick the rentals your group will love most, like giant push balls, parachute games or tug of war, and add a popcorn machine or cotton candy machine for the snack table.
Picking your own gives you control over the time, the number of games and what goes in the yard. The trade-off is that you plan the flow yourself: who plays what, when to rotate and who keeps score. Our minimum order is $350 with delivery included, and a damage waiver is optional.
Side by side: package vs. pick your own
- Planning: A package comes with a coach, teams and scoring. Single rentals are planned by you.
- Kids' ages: Pack 1 is written for ages 4 to 12 and Pack 6 for ages 2 to 4. Ask us which pack fits your age group. Single rentals let you mix ages.
- Time: Packs run 1, 1.5 or 2 hours. Single rentals follow your event schedule.
- Weather: Pack 4 is all water games. For a hot day you can also pick a water game on its own.
- Add-ons: Both options can add popcorn, cotton candy and other extras.
How to decide in 5 steps
- Pick the age group.
- Choose how long you want the party to run: 1, 1.5 or 2 hours.
- Decide if you want a coach to run it (package) or want to run it yourself (single rentals).
- Add popcorn or cotton candy if you want a snack table.
- Book online or call us.
