The best corporate holiday party games are short team games that anyone can play in work clothes: relay races, toss games and a friendly snowball fight with soft foam snowballs. Crazy Games FL brings holiday-themed games to offices, parks and event halls across Palm Beach County, sets them up and takes them down, so your team just shows up and plays. Here is how to plan a company holiday party that people actually join, not just watch.
Why games work better than a plain dinner
A lot of office parties look the same: food, a speech and people standing in the same small groups. Games mix teams up. Someone from accounting ends up on a relay team with someone from the warehouse, and now they have something to laugh about on Monday. Games also give quieter people an easy way to join in, because the game does the talking.
The trick is choosing games that are quick to learn, safe in regular clothes and fun to watch. Long, complicated games lose people. Five-minute rounds with a clear winner keep the energy up all afternoon.
Holiday games your whole team can play
Crazy Games owns its holiday games, so you get the real equipment, set up by our crew. Good picks for a work party:
- Snowball Fight (from $349): two teams toss soft foam snowballs over inflatable bunkers. It works indoors on a hard floor or outside on grass, and rounds are fast, so lots of people get a turn.
- Giant Ornament & Spoon Race (from $299): a relay race where players balance oversized ornaments on giant spoons. It is easy to learn, funny to watch and great for photos.
- Milk & Cookie Toss (from $399): players toss soft "cookies" at milk targets. It is a calm, skill-based game that suits people who would rather not run.
- Reindeer Hop Race and Candy Cane Run: bouncy, silly relay races that are perfect for a family-day party with kids.
Most of these games are listed as suitable for both kids and adults, which makes them a good fit for company family days, where employees bring their children.
Adults-only party? Add team-building games
If the party is just for staff, mix one or two holiday games with team games built for grown-ups. Our adult games include the Jumbo Speed Stack Race (from $249), where up to six colored teams race to stack and unstack oversized cups, plus Giant 4 Connect, Giant Jenga, ping pong and air hockey. At our team-building events, groups also race giant push balls and giant inflatable pens, like in the photos below. For a fully run program, see our Corporate Team-Building option (from $650).

Indoor or outdoor? Picking the spot in Palm Beach County
December in South Florida is usually mild, which is a big advantage: many companies can hold the party outside on a lawn, in a park pavilion area or in the office parking lot. If you would rather stay indoors, a gym, warehouse or event hall works too. Before you book, check three things with your venue:
- Space: relay games need a flat, open lane. A snowball fight needs room for two teams and their bunkers.
- Surface: each game page lists where it can be set up (grass, hard floor, artificial turf), so match the game to your floor.
- Setup time: ask when vendors can arrive. Our crew handles setup and takedown, but we need access before guests arrive.

A simple holiday party timeline
- Pick your date early. December weekends and the last workdays before the holidays are the busiest days of the season, so lock in your date as soon as you can.
- Choose indoor or outdoor. Then tell us the address and the surface when you book.
- Pick 3 or 4 games. One running game, one toss game and one team challenge give everyone something to try.
- Add a snack machine. A popcorn machine or cotton candy machine turns a game area into a party.
- Book online or call. Our minimum order is $350, and delivery is included.
