Planning a fall or holiday party in Palm Beach Gardens? Book a city park pavilion that allows inflatables (or use your backyard), pick a date that doesn't clash with the big city events, and choose games that fit the season. Crazy Games FL brings our own carnival games, holiday races and snack machines, sets them up and picks them up. Here is how to plan it, step by step.
Pick your spot: which Palm Beach Gardens pavilions allow inflatables?
The City of Palm Beach Gardens rents park pavilions, and its pavilion rentals page lists which ones have space for an inflatable. At the time of writing, the city marks space for an inflatable at the pavilions in Gardens District Park, Lilac Park, Mirasol Park and the two PGA National park pavilions. The Burns Road Park pavilion is marked with no space for one.
Three city rules to know before you book:
- You need a permit for exclusive use of a pavilion or for any group of 12 or more people.
- Inflatables and vendors must be approved by city staff. Tell the rental team you plan to bring a party rental company, and ask what they need from you.
- Power is not guaranteed. Only some pavilions have outlets, and the city says working electricity is not guaranteed. Many of our games need no power, and we can tell you which ones do.
The city listed weekend park pavilions at $64 for residents and $128 for non-residents (sunrise to sunset), and weekday pavilions at $45 and $90. Fees can change, so check with the city's facility rental team at 561-630-1150 before you set a date. A backyard is still the easiest choice: you set the hours and nobody else needs to approve the setup.
Palm Beach Gardens dates to plan around (fall and holiday 2026)
Big free city events fill up weekends fast. Plan your own party around them so friends and family don't have to choose:
- Fall Festival: Saturday, October 24, 2026, 4 to 8 p.m., Gardens North County District Park (5101 117th Ct. N.). Trick-or-Treat Street, a DJ, food trucks and inflatables.
- No school for Palm Beach County students: Wednesday, November 11 (Veterans Day) and the Thanksgiving break, November 23 to 27. These are great days for a weekday party at home.
- Gardens Harvest & Holiday Bazaar: Friday, November 13 (11 a.m. to 7 p.m.) and Saturday, November 14 (9 a.m. to 2 p.m.), Burns Road Community Center.
- Trailblazer 5K and Tree Lighting: Saturday, December 5, 2026, at Gardens North County District Park. The 2K starts at 3:30 p.m., the 5K at 4:15 p.m., and the tree lights up at 5:45 p.m.
Event details come from the City of Palm Beach Gardens website. Always check it for last-minute changes.
Fall party games that work in a park or yard
Crazy Games owns these games, so you get the real thing, set up and ready to play:
- 4 in 1 Carnival ($349): one inflatable booth with four carnival games side by side, so four kids play at once. It looks great at a fall festival.
- Classic Ring Toss ($250): an easy win for little kids and a fun challenge for big ones.
- Birthday Pack 1 ($350): a Crazy Games coach runs a 1-hour game show with 6 games and 4 colored teams. You just watch and take photos.
Holiday party games for December
Our holiday games turn a backyard, a school field or an HOA lawn into a winter festival, even when it's 80 degrees outside:
- Reindeer Hop Race ($299): kids hop on inflatable reindeer to the finish line. It's a simple race even little ones can join.
- Candy Cane Run ($399): a festive race with oversized candy canes.
- Milk & Cookie Toss ($399): kids toss soft cookies into milk targets.
- Snowball Fight ($349): teams toss soft foam snowballs over inflatable bunkers, no cold needed.

FAQ
Can I bring a bounce house or inflatable game to a Palm Beach Gardens park?
Some pavilions have room for one, but inflatables and vendors must be approved by city staff. Call the city's facility rental team before you book and tell us the park name so we can plan the setup.
Do I need a permit for a party at a city pavilion?
Yes, if you want exclusive use of the pavilion or your group has 12 or more people, according to the city's pavilion rules.
Do you deliver to Palm Beach Gardens?
Yes. Delivery, setup and pickup are free within 15 miles of West Palm Beach. If your address is farther out, a delivery fee applies, and you'll see it before you pay.
What are the best games for a holiday party with small kids?
The Reindeer Hop Race and the Milk & Cookie Toss work well for little ones. For mixed ages, add the 4 in 1 Carnival so older kids have a challenge too.
How early should I book for December?
December weekends fill up first, so book as soon as you have a date. Read how far in advance to book party rentals for more tips.
