What do party rentals cost in Palm Beach County?

Here are the starting prices on our website today for the rentals Crazy Games FL owns and runs. "From" means the price for the basic rental window; a longer rental costs more, and the exact total shows when you pick your date and time.

What is included in the price?

Every rental is delivered, set up and picked up by our crew, with a $350 minimum order. Delivery is free within 15 miles of West Palm Beach; farther out, the delivery fee shows at checkout. Inflatable games like the Hamster Wheels include the blower and anchoring. The coach-led packages include a Crazy Games coach who runs the games, keeps score and splits the kids into teams. For example, Birthday Pack 1 is one hour of 6 games with 4 colored teams and a champion medal for the birthday child, and Birthday Pack 2 is 1.5 hours of 7 games that ends with the Human Hamster Wheel.

What changes the price of a party rental?

• How long you rent it. Rentals come in hourly, half-day and full-day windows. A two-hour birthday costs less than an all-day school event.
• How far we drive. Free within 15 miles of West Palm Beach. Farther away, like Boca Raton, Stuart or Broward, a delivery fee may apply.
• Power at your spot. Blowers and machines need an outlet near the setup. Many parks have no outlet, and some cities (West Palm Beach, for one) require a generator for a bounce house in a city park. That adds a generator rental.
• How many kids are coming. One game is great for a backyard. For 50 kids or more, plan 3 or 4 stations so nobody waits in a long line.
• Coach or no coach. A coach-led package costs more than a single game, but you don't have to run anything.

Three sample party budgets

These use today's starting prices for our own equipment. Your total depends on your date, hours and address.

1. Backyard birthday with a coach: about $549. Birthday Pack 1 ($350) plus a Popcorn Machine ($199). The coach runs an hour of team games, and the kids get a snack after the finale.

2. Bounce house party: about $644. The Player One bounce house ($449) plus Giant 4 Connect ($195) for the kids waiting their turn and the grown-ups.

3. School, church or HOA fall festival: about $1,222. 4 in 1 Carnival ($349), Hamster Wheels ($349), Jumbo Basketball ($325) and a Cotton Candy Cart Machine ($199). Add a generator ($175) if there is no outlet near the field.

How can you save on party rentals?

• Pick a package instead of single items. A coach-led pack gives you several games and a coach for one price. Our package vs. pick-your-own guide explains when each one makes sense.
• Use the Break-Day Snack Bonus. Book a party package or our own games by November 8, 2026 for an event from November 11 to 30, and you get one popcorn or cotton candy machine free (50 servings, one per booking, $350 minimum, subject to availability). Mention the offer when you book.
• Measure first. Check your space with our yard-size guide so you rent the right size the first time.
• Book early for busy dates. Weekends in November and December fill up with school, church and company parties.

Frequently asked questions

Is delivery included?

Setup and pickup are included with every rental. Delivery is free within 15 miles of West Palm Beach; farther out, the delivery fee shows at checkout.

What is the cheapest party game you rent?

Giant Jenga starts at $49 and LED wood cornhole at $90, and for kids, Giant 4 Connect starts at $195. Orders have a $350 minimum, so small games work best as add-ons to a bigger rental.

How much is a bounce house party in Palm Beach County?

Our Player One bounce house starts at $449, with setup and pickup included. Many families add one game or a treat machine, which brings the party to about $600–$700.
